Worship at St. Barnabas'

Weekly Services

We are a community of worship. Regular worship following the liturgy of The Book of Common Prayer, hearing the words from the Scriptures, and celebrating the Eucharist are central to our faith and spiritual growth. Our Music Program for children and adults provides joyful leadership for a congregation that loves to sing.

 
 Sunday 8:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist Rite I
A spoken service with "traditional" language
  9:15 a.m. Christian Education for All Ages: Adult Forum, Journey to Adulthood, and Godly Play
  10:15 a.m.

Holy Eucharist  Rite II
A service with choir and hymns and "contemporary" language

 Wednesday 10:00 a.m. Holy Eucharist or Morning Prayer, with Healing Service on the first Wednesday of each month. Contact the parish office to confirm the schedule.

Baptism

Baptism is one of the fundamental sacraments of the Christian faith.  It uses water to signify the entrance of the indivicual into the Christian faith and church community.  Dates for baptism include:

Easter (April 16, 2017)

Pentecost (June 4, 2017)

Transfiguration (August 6, 2017)

All Saints' (November 5, 2017)

Baptism of Our Lord (January 7, 2018)
