The Rev. John Bolin Shellito, RectorJohn Bolin Shellito was called as third Rector of St. Barnabas' in June 2020. He has been a part of Episcopal churches in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New York City, Northern California, and Northern Virginia. Linda Bennett, Music MinisterLinda Hayes Bennett is an experienced church musician and classical vocalist who has served mostly Episcopal congregations for more than eighteen years. A native of Newport News, Virginia, she studied voice and piano at the Oberlin Conservatory and continued her musical training at the University of Toronto. Linda enjoyed a distinguished career as a professional singer before moving into choral leadership, liturgical music, and worship arts. She brings a deep love for the Anglican musical tradition, a commitment to excellence, and a warm, pastoral approach to congregational singing. Fiona Agnew, Parish AdministratorFiona Agnew took on the role of Parish Administrator at the end of August 2024. She has been a member of St. Barnabas' parish since she was a young child and is grateful for the chance to give back to her community. Office hours are 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday. The office is closed for Federal Holidays, and follows Fairfax County Public School policy for weather events.
